Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Larger or custom orders may take slightly longer—we’ll contact you if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods
We ship via Canada Post and other trusted carriers. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times vary by location.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Agassiz, BC. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We’re not responsible for carrier delays once the item is shipped, but we’ll do our best to help track things down if your order goes missing.

Returns
We do accept returns on most items as long as all pieces are returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s).
